For those of you who are more market savvy you may prefer the ability to build tax-free wealth tied to the performance of the market. A guaranteed No Lapse rider may be available that guarantees that your policy will stay in force for your lifetime regardless of your cash value performance.
No-Exam Options
Securian offers no exam coverage under their WriteFit underwriting process for up to $3 million in coverage for individuals who are age 50 and under. From the ages of 51 – 60 you may qualify for up to $1 million in coverage.
Available Riders
Accelerated Benefit Rider
When available, this rideer allows you to acces a portion of your death benefit in the event of terminal illness.
Benefit Distribution
When available, this feature can provide your beneficiaries with a guaranteed income stream, where you designate all or a portion of the total benefit amount to be received as installment payments.
Chronic Illness
When available, this rider allows you to access your death benefit in the event of a chronic illness.
WAIVER OF PREMIUM
Securian will waive your policy premiums if you become totally and permanently disabled before your age of 65.
Conversion Options
Securian allows you to convert your term policy into any one of their available permanent life insurance products. If you convert your term policy within the first 2 years, Securian will provide you with. Credit up to the annual premium paid on your term life policy. Through Securians Extended Conversion agreement you are allowed to convert your policy at any point in time during between now and your age of 75.
